Hello and welcome to my on-line classes and workshop. Below you will find a selection of videos giving you each section of our choreography, the moves you need to perfect to complete it, plus warm ups and cool downs.
My suggestion is that you start at the beginning and work your way through. Of course you may not have a full day to complete all the videos, or prefer to do an hour or so at a time. If you plan to stop for the day, please scroll down to the cool down video and compete that before you finish. If you come back to complete the videos, please go back to the warm up video and start your practice with a good warm up. Enjoy !
